K&A Models is happy to announce the release of their new all molded F-100 electric ducted fan jet for 90mm fans. The F-100 is a super stable airframe lending itself to almost any pilot. The use of retracts also makes the F-100 suitable for just about any of the model flying sites. Features offered are pre-installed retract mounting blocks, fully molded flying surfaces with live hinging and a fully panel lined airframe for great detail. The F-100 lends itself to a number of different power units on the market and fan units. As for performance the F-100 is fully aerobatic and at 7lbs all up weight running on an 8s battery pack with retracts it slows down extremely well on landing approaches without flap deployment. The kit assembles very fast due to most all of the parts being pre-built for you. The F-100 is an ideal plane for the intermediate and advanced pilots alike. Requires a 4 to 5 channel radio with 4-7 mini servos.

K&A Models is happy to announce the release of their new all molded MiG-15 electric ducted fan jet. This Mig-15 has shown up on the front cover of S&E Modeler Magazine as the Stoli and was originally designed by Steve Toschi of Northern CA. This new generation MiG-15 airframe has been updated with new all molded wings and stabilizers and the fuselage comes apart at the rear for ease of installing your power unit. Other updates are the pre-installed mounting plates for use with the MAP micro retracts as well as a fully panel lined airframe. The MiG-15 lends itself to a number of different power units on the market. As for performance the MiG-15 is very stable in flight and performs nice clean aerobatic maneuvers. With the addition of the retractable landing gear the MiG-15 seems to be twice as fun to fly. The kit assembles very fast due to most all of the parts being pre-built for you. K&A Models is happy to announce the release of their new molded L-39 kit for EDF. The L-39 is designed for use with the mini 480 or 609 fan units. This plane will really stand out at your flying field because it is designed for use with retracts. The L-39 takes down the runway straight smooth and stable for its take off. In the air the L-39 is very stable, predictable and yes very fast. The L-39 slows down nicely for landing approaches due to our newly designed molded wing. The kit assembles very quickly due to the fully molded fiberglass fuselage along with hollow molded fiberglass wings, tip tanks and stabs as well as the molded in vertical fin. There is no building in this kit just simply assembly. The landing gear blocks are pre-installed in the wings for the retracts. For the front nose gear a simple pre-marked and cut to shape nose gear tray gets installed in the nose of the plane after installing your nose retract and servo for steering. This is truly a top of the line kit. The L-39 can still be used as a bungee launch airframe and if you decide to install the retracts later the retract mounting blocks are already installed for you. The L-39 requires a 3 to 5 channel radio with 3 to 5 mini servos.

reasonable. Our prototype is running on the Mega 22-20-3, 70 amp
Jeti ESC. We test flew the plane on a 4 cell Polyquest 3700 pack
which produced right around 450 watts or so. Now we have 2-3 cell
Polyquest 3700 packs in series. We are getting above 1100 watts
at around 50 amps.

K&A's L-39 Albatros was first test flown on the Kyosho power plant that is used for their T-33. Our L-39 very closely matched the performance of the T-33 using the same power plant. When we put the brushless 05-3 turn from Astro Flight in our new L-39 it changed everything. Our L-39 now matches the performance of the T-33 at two thirds throttle leaving the rest, well were let you choose how to use the rest of that power. As for overall performance of our new L-39 it is very stable in flight and easy to handle. It can perform aerobatic maneuvers with either power plants but is much more fun with the 05 motor. In any case we know you will enjoy our new L-39 Albatros. Requires a 3 to 4 channel radio with 3 mini servos and mini receiver.

K&A is happy to announce the release of our new F9F PANTHER for direct drive speed 400. This is a new breed for the speed 400 class. Our new PANTHER comes with an epoxy fiberglass fuselage that has the inboard section of the wings and the vertical fin molded in place. The tail surfaces come to you pre-cut to shape. We have also added vacuum formed accessories such as tip tanks, canopy hatch with and clear canopy, battery tray and even a set of vacuum formed inlets to complete that scale look. The best thing is how well the PANTHER flys. The PANTHER is very stable in flight and performs great aerobatic maneuvers. The small size of the PANTHER makes it a great school yard flier. Pick up your new PANTHER and have one of the best looking prop jets around. Requires a 3 to 4 channel radio with 3 mini servos and mini receiver.
