K&A Models is changing over to a different billing system. When ordering online simply fill out the infomation below in the (purchased by section). All fields must be completed. If the kit is going to be shipped to a different address then the purchased by section fill out the section (ship to different address). Once filled out click submit form. *Remember to fill out what kit you are ordering and how many.* Once we receive your order we will e-mail you an invoice from PayPal detailing the order. Simply fill out your credit card information and click pay now. You do not need a PayPal account and you can use any of your credit cards. We are changing over to this method of payment to help keep your personal information as safe as possible.

are ordering using a check or money order. Orders using PayPal please log onto
PayPal and send your payment to info@kamodels.com.
PayPal payments that are not confirmed will not ship until the payment
clears. Shipping cost is indicated next to or below the product. If you
are ordering just accessories such as motors, props, battery packs, etc, or replacement
parts for a kit you purchased from us the minimum order is $15.00. The shipping cost

*Note* When ordering a K&A
kit please know that these kits are made to order in most cases. When we have a sale
this does not mean we have a stock pile of kits just waiting to be shipped to you.
They to are made to order. Orders are normally sent out within 4 to 5 business days
from the day the order was placed but they can take a little longer depending on how busy
we are. Please have some patience. As this is a full time business we want
your money just as much as you want your new K&A kit.
Return Policy: All returned items are
subject to a restocking fee. Special orders such as ARC kits are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Regular kit orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Kits being
returned for exchange are not subject to a restocking fee so long as the new item (s) are
of equal or greater value than the original purchase. Return shipping and insurance on the
returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Electronic items have a no return
no exchange policy.
*Overseas orders. All overseas
orders must pay via PayPal. Please contact us for current shipping prices prior to placing
